Articulated Raven Necklace
The Articulated Raven is a work in progress. It came about after a friend of mine and I saw a poster for the Wildlife Photographer of the Year. We giggled about what it would look like if the raven suddenly lifted its wings. It took some time to figure out the structure of the wings and how to make them go up and down. But finally the mystery of wing movement was resolved and the simple Jumping Jack mechanism proved to be perfect for instigating the motion upwards. Now as the substructure is complete, I can finish the necklace
