Nautilus Pendent
Once I acknowledged to myself that I truthfully love making jewellery, I set out on a quest to learn about working with metal. I took as many classes as I could fit into my schedule after work. I was fortunate to meet Paul Wells who taught anticlastic rising and metal folding techniques. The Nautilus Necklace is a result of this course. It proved difficult to maintain a full time job and a studio, but as I transition through to becoming a jeweller, I see a great potential in using these techniques in expressing multitude of complex natural forms.
